The financial stability of the company is reflected by the projected annual earnings of $46 million. Riordan Manufacturing is focused on achieving and maintaining reasonable profitability to assure that the financial and human capital is available for sustained growth (Apollo, 2006).
Background
The company’s human resource information system (HRIS) was installed in 1992, and does not currently meet the business requirements. It is important to identify deficiencies and processes that are used to process information for the Human Resource department, such as the following:
