A successful businessman himself, David is driven to make InterClean an industry leader.
But the today market is not as it used to be before. Due to different recent regulations and laws customers have more rights than before. The company provided high quality cleaning and sanitation products for many years but after recent market investigation it became clear that the potential consumers demand additional service and cleaning solutions.
Now InterClean has to deal with different tough decisions. To meet new requirements of the market the CEO agreed on merger with EnviroTech, one of the major domestic competitors. The company executive management team proposed a new strategy which has a goal to provide full products and services packages to the customers. The company employees are uncertain about the InterClean future and their morale is low as rumor are floating around a huge layoff.
The company executive management wants to make interClean an industry leader and increase profit in 40% in one year. To reach such goals the company needs create a proper training and development programs for their employees, find the ways how to motivate them and improve their morale. If the executive management will develop optimum solution for such situation immediately they can become the first company who offered cleaning and sanitation products along with services and solutions.
