...causes instability, disorder, harm or discomfort to the physical system of the environment. Pollutants are foreign substances or energies which causes the pollution. Now I am going to talk about the types of pollution and the effects of them.
Body
There are mainly five types of pollution;
1) Air pollution
2) Water pollution
3) Land pollution
4) Noise pollution
5) Light pollution
Air pollution
Air pollution is simply the air being damaged. This is due to the major pollutants in the air, which are mainly Sulphur dioxide, Nitrogen Oxide, Lead, Carbon Monoxide, SPM (Suspended Particulate Matter), and RPM (Respirable Particulate Matter). These pollutants are most commonly produced by humans by emission of these pollutants from cars and factories.
Water pollution
Basically, water pollution is the changes in the physical, biological, and chemical conditions of any body of water which disrupts the balance of the ecosystem. This happens due to the pollutants coming from chemical and industrial processes. Chemicals poured to rivers by factories pollute the water and cause the organisms in it to die off. All the wastes influence each and every organism dwelling in the water.
Land pollution
Land pollution is the contamination of land, which happens mainly by domestic, nuclear, industrial wastes and deforestation. Human sewage, mining and mechanization are also leading factors of land pollution. All of this influences the land greatly, with one of the major effects as soil erosion, causing the land to quickly become a wasteland.
Noise pollution
