To provide great service to our patients for many years to come.
When a position is available, trained and accredited personnel will be hired.
Abide by rules and regulations from OSHA, CDC, etc.
Maintain a good annual budget plan.
To manage an office that will focus on the patient’s needs and satisfaction..
Once informed, there will be orientation during the first week of hire. Topics that would be discussed include expectations of employees, and how everything works in the office.
If not trained to work with kids, employees will view the necessary videos on child care.
The personnel will apply skills learned into their everyday patient care.
They will identify what kids like to help ease anxiety. This can be done by communicating with the children while at work, or outside of work.
To be of service out in the community.
At least once a month a hygienist will go out into the community with permission from the appropriate party and give oral hygiene instruction presentations to schools.
One whole day will be dedicated community/school service per month.
A budget plan will be outlined for materials needed and hygienist pay.
Pay will be provided to the hygienist for services in the community one day per month...
