...nowadays, technology and industrial developments has become a very essential part in many developing countries including Thailand. There are various types of industry and each one take a very important role in driving the country’s economy. The medicine industry is now one of the very important and successful industries in Thailand. Medicine industry is what concerns with the studies of health maintenance and treatment of diseases and accidental injuries including prevention. Health care is considered very important in the present day and therefore a lot of pharmaceutical companies have a significant number of growths in the industry.
Like all other industries, there are always environmental issues concerns with that particular industry’s operations. When mentioning environmental in relationship with the medicine industry, there are another aspects of the environment which are not always concerns with the physical environmental issues to the society as a whole such as pollution. However pharmaceutical companies may have a relationship with another side of the environmental aspect.
In this mini-thesis report, I’ll discuss further and focusing on the medicine industry in Thailand. First of all a brief exploration of a medicine and pharmaceutical industry’s history, the current markets’ overview, and the industry’s background information. Secondly to look more closely at what is the present situation of the medicine industry in Thailand particularly. Moreover we will look at the impacts on the environment problems. And finally an assessment on the SWOT analysis of the medicine industry in
