First what are the issues that McCandless’s service department will face, secondly how will McCandless formulate the problems and what the forces are involved in that and thirdly what are the organizational and environmental obstacles in the way of the goals of McCandless Truck Center LLC. First what needs to be discussed is what are the issues that McCandless’s service department going to face in obtaining the goal of having a greater presence in Kava? First off Kava is a small south pacific island that has a very young population of which 50% of citizens being under the age of 15. Also Kava has a very diverse society far as race, religion and languages. With that in mind McCandless needs to be considerate to the people of Kava beliefs and traditions. The last things that McCandless would want to do are to disrespect and disregard the feelings and ideals of the people of Kava. Lastly the economy is maintained with many different types of trades, ranging from petroleum, sugar, tourism and fishing just to name a few. The diversity that the economy has can be viewed as an issue but also viewed as a stepping stone to get a greater presence in the community. The fact that McCandless Truck Center’s service department works on and maintains heavy duty trucks and buses would have a large door to gain access to help the community and the economy remain stable.
