The company is facing the problem that clients need more effectives in the results of the cleanings, it is because of the previously said that they have to focus on that maintain the cleaned area save for those who use it. The most subtle to this situation are health care industry; they need to follow very strict rules in order to be able to expire with the regulations assigned to this industry.
The strategic leadership bears the strategies and the management of the niche on the part of the leaders who fix the course for the organization.
