Good Sport has achieved market share by successfully managing its weaknesses, while adapting to changes within the market sector. Good Sport, a fitness organization based in Coral Springs, Florida, manufactures and markets various types of exercise equipment to the public. The company was founded over 15 years ago by ex-basketball player, Jason Poole, who is now Chairman of the Board of Directors. and the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is Marvin Wallace. Marvin has made many innovated advances within the company within the past four years and shows a promising future. He envisions improving the internal relationships within Good Sport. He knows the cohesiveness of Sales, Production, and Research and Development departments is essential to the establishment’s future.
