The rules are to guide us, but when they are silent we depend upon our ethical insight to guide us. Although, there are times that democracy in our justice system does not exist. This will not let justice prevail due to lack of morals. There has always existed a moral code which is the basis for making legal decisions. Exact science refers to the fields of study that admits predictions of hypotheses. There are some basic truths in science.

What are the implications for healthcare?
Answer:
Laws are binding and they have to be followed. The advancement of medical technology will create new legal, ethical, moral, and financial problems for all. We have to avoid lawsuits, and we can do that by making legal, ethical, and moral decisions. There are constitutional laws, statutory laws, and common laws that the government has established for all to follow.
