With no care in the world, and thinking that they won't get caught. (This second sentence is incomplete)Then all of a sudden, the individuals are getting fined over thousands of dollars for the illegal music that they had downloaded. (for the music they had downloaded illegally). In this essay, it will be explained that music piracy should not be tolerated; different types of piracy the effects it can do on the music industry, and the different types of piracy (This last sentence needs rewriting for clarity; the sentence might not even be necessary)
The reason why (Delete " the reason why" and begin your sentence with Music……because; the reason why and because sound repetitive) music piracy should not be tolerated is (delete is) because people in this world do not realize the huge negative impact that it has on the music industry. I know that everyone thinks, "Well they are rich and I'm only taking one song" or "I don't want to buy the whole CD for only a few songs". Pirated products are poorly manufactured and don't have the sound quality and [delete "and" here" ]etc. that come along with the original work. According to Riaa.com, "Each year, the industry loses about $4.2 billion to piracy worldwide -- "we estimate we lose millions of dollars a day to all forms of piracy."
When you pirate a movie for an example, you are taking money away from the production company as well as the actors/actress's (the word, actresses, is the plural; same word with an apostrophe s indicates possessive which is not what you really mean here). When that happens, they don't have enough money to cover the costs of the production of the movie. This in return causes that production company...
