Executive Summary

My selected topic is “Recruitment and Selection process of Nestle Bangladesh” as a part of human resources management activities of multinational company. Nestle is one of the world largest multinational company in food groups. I have focused here about their Recruitment and Selection Process.

One of the vital departments is Chapter-1 is introduction, which comprises the statement of the research problem, scope and objective of the study, methodology and limitations of the study. Chapter -2 is Company overview which includes historical background, its brands and process of recruitment and selection of Nestle Bangladesh. Chapter-3 includes findings and analysis. In findings and analysis chapter, I have discussed company’s core competencies and performance on recruitment and selection process as a part of human resources management activities of multinational company. And last at all on the basis of overall perspective some recommendations are included in the report.
