Introduction
The firm, Harrison-Keyes, has been a leader in the publishing industry. When companies have acquired the type of reputation that Harrison-Keyes has earned, it becomes difficult to shift gears and move into a new arena. The Harrison-Keyes CEO and Board of Directors are faced with making a decision regarding the future of the firm. After the termination of Ms. Meg McGill, the organization is in confusion as to whether or not to expand into the e-publishing business model or continuing with the firm's print-publishing business model. The e-publishing business model is a difficult one because the vision of the project has not been fully outlined. The senior management team is in disarray and the firm's employees are fearful of the future and discontented with the firm's lack of direction and inability to communicate (University of Phoenix, 2008).

Issue and Opportunity Identification
In the University of Phoenix scenario, the firm Harrison-Keyes must decide on the best solution for implementing a new corporate strategy in order to accomplish a new project initiative. A company must have the courage and willingness to change in order to survive within a competitive industry. While these changes must integrate with the firm's corporate vision and corporate direction the change must also include formal communications and a documented implementation plan.
Several key factors could be addressed; however, the biggest decision at this point is whether or not to move forward to add the e-publishing capability or maintain a single print-publishing capability.
