It was formerly a part of a world-known university chain of “Greenwich Universities” but later on it was broken up from that chain due to some confidential issues. But still, it is known for its academic excellence. It is still recognized around the globe as one of the leading institutes in Pakistan in terms of various faculties and degrees. Greenwich University is also legally empowered to offer its degree program overseas, and to grant affiliation to other institutions. But it has not yet practiced its mentioned power.
