Globalization is the process of change of local or regional markets into global ones. It can be described as a process by which the people of the world are included into a single society and function together. Capital formation factors into this term as well. I plan to discuss the political, technological, market, cost, and competitive force, which are considered the five globalization forces which help create an economy. I’ll begin at the beginning. What do economists mean by the globalization? What is on the list when they debate globalization issues? In general, their plan is defined by country integration between three markets. There are a commodity markets, labor markets, and capital markets that can account more for just global events. In many ways the state of a country in which a business is as important as the country’s topography, its natural resources, and its meteorological climate. There is a kind; stable government can encourage business investment and growth despite geographic or weather obstacles and a security of natural resources. The opposite is equally true. Some areas of the world that are relatively blessed with natural resources and manageable topography and weather have been very little developed because of government insecurity. Occasionally, a country’s government is aggressive to investment in its territory by foreign companies even though they might provide capital, technology, and training for development of the country’s resources and people.
