INTRODUCTION
The European Union is an essential multi-level system, which comprises it’s own political structure including the rising number of actors, and seeks to establish the European arena with political and institutional methods and policies.
The European governance has opened a high variety of issues, ranging from explorations into the nature of the European multi-level polity and domestic quality of the European Union to the analysis of the processes and politics in specific issue areas and to the investigations into the Europeanization of national political systems.[1]
Linking the EU and national governance has an impact on the organization of both the policy-formulation and the policy-implementation process, and it contributes to the restructuring of power between the legislative and the executive. European institutions act as intervening or supervisory bodies in the national political process that initiate legislative processes.[2]
National experience of Europeanization vary a good deal from one European country to another and that much depends on how it fits between domestic and the European arenas as regards politics and policies.
