1. Provide four to six assumptions held by Kelly; six to nine assumptions held by Pat; Two to three assumptions held by Cliff; two to three assumptions held by Chris.
A. Kelly:
Kelly assumes that because of his short staff she won't have time for the new product development. He also makes the assumption that his department won't have time to maintain the existing service if they are to develop a new product. When Pat asks Kelly when he would like to meet to talk about the project Kelly assumes that they will just argue again. Kelly assumes that Pat has not heard about quality control. Kelly assumes that Pat is going behind his back and talking to her programmers.
B. Pat:
Software design department do not see the path to "product optimize" launch and are unable to complete the project by the deadline. Cliff's new budget crunch on the project should not delay the launch from August. She assumes that her programmers are the best and that they will get the project done on time. Pat assumes that if a new prototype is presented to customers by the first of August, the customers will be thrilled. She also assumes that a prototype that is not completely finished is not a problem. Pat assumes that Kelly has not heard of iterations. After talking to one of the programmers, Pat assumes that the programmers have time to finish the new project. Pat assumes that Kelly goes behind her back with Chris. Pat assumes that her problems at hand are bigger than replying to the questions I have for her.
C. Cliff:
Assumes all departments can lower their budgets by 15%. Assumes the product will be launched on August first.
