Ethical Behavior
...rather than any other organization because there are many different types of people like youth, old, children and the rich or the poor. They serve and attend to their churches with their faith and their own experiences. In this situation, the church shows well so many events, shapes and ethics which nobody can predict and tell correctly.
As you know, I’m a youth pastor and I can play some musical instruments. So, I have worked as a worship leader since I was in Korea. Whenever I serve at any church, I found the situations are very different and unpredictable. Actually, I didn’t realize before that such jobs had serious problems. I have thought those are just normal in every church. So, I didn’t concentrate in solving those problems. But now, I think I was wrong because I have to be a leader, try to be more ethical and finally change a church to be better.
My church name is a lake side holiness Korean church. My church is not far from the North Park University. It is in north park area near Pulaski and Peterson. Actually, it has long and sad history. It was launched in 1976. Long time ago, it includes over 300 peoples, but the church had some serious problems five years ago. After that, many people left the church, just around 30 people kept the church and now 40 people including children are attending to my church. If I would classify it as some small groups, it can be separated into an adult group, a youth group and a children group as well as a worship team which I take. Although my church is very small, there are many archetypes and so many ethical issues. Like other churches, we should give a good service to God and we should encourage some people who take some hardship. Also, we have to teach youth people and children with the bible.
