The plan offers techniques for conserving and enhancing efficiency in the use of energy resources and set up procedures for reducing the rate of growth on energy demand and diminishing the unfavorable social, economic, political and environmental effects of growing energy resource consumption. Each dollar a consumer is not spending on energy can be spent on other priorities such as education, healthcare, and their family. Significantly at the same time as, money that is not exhausted on energy is more likely to stay within the communities.
To conserve energy on different levels such as political, social, and economical there are many ways. Some states and federal government sponsors energy conservation programs in the form of grants, loans, education, and training. Mankind has played a major role in contributing to the problem that we are facing today. There is time to undo what has been done so we have the opportunity to make a change. Now, since the rise of fuel cost it is important to educate ourselves, friends, neighbors, and the community about energy conservation and be aware of how much energy we are using on a daily basis. Even though, there are a range of sustainability proposals available at the moment; in spite of this those proposals have demonstrated to be not as helpful as we have hope for and the main problem still exist. The plan I would advised is considered a lifestyle change and education. This would be both a long term and daily process. There are the three Rs: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle; this is a familiar strategy in today’s society.
