The company could be set up either in an open office space or on a table towards the back of the offices. This company could have a set rate to come in every morning with the food and drinks. A small fridge with a see through door could be set under the table which would hold enough drinks to accommodate those on that floor. Having such on each floor would benefit everyone. DigiFast works would be less inclined to take their breaks on the first floor and get into the office on or before their set schedule. They wouldn’t have to rush a breakfast or worry about running late from going through the local drive through for breakfast because breakfast would be ready for them when they got into the office. The bagel, muffin, or english muffin they chose could go to the desk with them as they fired up their computer to start work.
DigiFast would have their employees working at a happier and faster pace getting more work done which results in more revenue coming in. The dentist and lawyer could offer the food free to their clients enticing more clients to come in and having fewer clients leave from the long wait time. The dentist would spend longer cleaning client’s teeth, which he could then charge more for. The lawyer would have a client spend more time in his office meaning that the client’s case would take longer. Since most lawyers charge by the hour the lawyer also gets more income. Last but not least the facilities manager could be in charge of setting up for this company to come in. The building would receive a discounted rate since its free advertising for the company that provides this service.
