Decisions in Paradise Part III Business Scenario
Abstract:
. This paper will describe the evaluation stage of the decision-making steps. Working through the last part of the nine step process Nik and Alex will review the factors that will have to be considered during implementation. Nik and Alex will work to evaluate resources that will be needed during this phase of the decision-making process. Once the implementation has taken place measuring the process will be necessary to ensure that the plan stays on track. The evaluation of the stakeholders and the ethical implications of the solution will also need to be evaluated to ensure a proper solution has taken place.
The Introduction
Looking back into Decisions in Paradise I and II, it covered the following: identifying the problems, defining criteria, goals and objectives, evaluating the effect of the problems and identifying the causes of the problems. I framed out the alternatives and evaluated their impacts of the alternatives and in this paper it will implement decisions that have to be made to complete the Arcadia Child and Youth Center in Kava. The Decision making Implementation skills is skills I learned from my classroom and from my textbook Critical Thinking by. Paul and Elder (2006).
Factors Affecting Implementation
The project presents us with three major factors affecting implementation: company image, technology and the environment. Arcadia Child and youth Corp. is known for and has won many awards for their down to earth service. To ensure that the creation of a new Child and youth center in a foreign country is not seen as a lowering of company standards, the child and youth center in Kava will be used exclusively for our foreign businesses.
