Three of Beowulf’s traits that support him as being the perfect hero are amazing physical strength, ability to put his people’s welfare before his own, and the fact that he does not fear death. Beowulf is a hero in the eyes of his fellow men through his amazing physical strength. He fought in numerous battles, and he returned victorius in all but one battle. His victories over the monster Grendel, Grendel's mother and in the end with the fire breathing dragon and the hero's death.
Our courages hero Beowul comes in and saves the denes from death and destruction from a monster named Grendel. In the beginning Beowulf's followers and eager to help him fight Grendel.
Beowulf their loyal and humble leader, travels across the sea to help the denes out wih their little problem. He doesn't bost about how good he is insted he humbles himself to king Hrothgar and offers to help
him reclaim the mead-hall. When the mead-hall is reclaimed Hrothgar wants to claim Beowulf as a son and air to the throne, but Hrothgar's wife said to give him gold and wealth for his efforts insted. This
increased his longing for wealth and fame. He continues to show his physical curage when he fights Grendel's mother. The sword Unferth presents to beowulf breaks against Grendel's mother's skin in the
middle of the battle. When he returns from the battle he tells Unfferth that it served him well even though it really didn't, so he continues to humble himself to the people around him as not to affined...
